The prohibited uses include “screen scraping” and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize or manipulate data on the pages produced by, or displayed on the Site. The Salvation Army aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The name of The Salvation Army, The Salvation Army Red Shield, Crest or Trade North logo or the other Salvation Army formatives may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without prior, written permission from The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army, prohibits use of brand images as part of a link to or from any site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by The Salvation Army in writing.
